The Eucharist is the fruit of Mary’s Fiat. She who first gave her “Yes” to the Word now helps us say “Amen” to the Body of Christ. Her heart was the first place where Christ was adored; she teaches us the reverence required to approach the Altar of Sacrifice.

The Medal Connection:
On the reverse, the Heart of Jesus, crowned with thorns, is the focus. The Medal reminds us that the love we receive in the Host is the same love that beat in Mary’s presence. It calls us to be living tabernacles, carrying the Real Presence into our world.
